RSVP and Guest Tickets
Please note that an RSVP is mandatory.
All eligible graduands must RSVP to indicate that they will either attend or not attend their ceremony.
An online RSVP and Guest Ticket Request form will be available through ACORN between October 11th and October 22nd. The RSVP and Guest Ticket Request form will close on October 22nd. Tickets will be available for download on ACORN as of 9:00 a.m. on October 25th.
There is no charge for convocation tickets. Graduating students do not require a ticket to attend their convocation ceremony. Tickets are issued only for guests of graduating students who are attending their ceremony. Please note that all guests must have a ticket to enter Convocation Hall.
If you are not attending your ceremony RSVP “not attending” by selecting the Graduation & Convocation tab on ACORN. Follow the link to getting my diploma to review information on how obtain your diploma after the conclusion of ceremonies.
If you are attending your ceremony a Gown Rental ID number is required before you RSVP and order guest tickets. If you own U of T regalia, you will need to speak to a staff member at the Office of Convocation (416) 978-5940 before you RSVP online.
After you have ordered your regalia, select the Graduation & Convocation tab on ACORN and continue to the RSVP and Guest Ticket order form.
Only graduating students who are attending their ceremony are eligible to receive a maximum of two guaranteed guest tickets, if ordered during the RSVP period. Please note that guest tickets cannot be guaranteed if you miss the RSVP deadline.
Confirmation of your allotment of non guaranteed extra tickets (if requested and granted) will be available through ACORN as of 9:00 a.m. on October 25th.
Please note that tickets are barcoded and can only be used once. Children less than 24 months of age do not require a ticket.
