Spring 2012 Convocation ceremonies will be held in Convocation Hall from June 5 - 21, 2012. Please note that the deadline to request name changes/corrections for the the Spring 2012 Convocation period is March 22nd, 2012.
Attending the convocation ceremony is a simple two step process. You will first need to arrange for Gown and Hood Rental. You can arrange for your gown and hood rental between May 9th and May 23rd. RSVP and guest ticket orders are the second step in the process (an online RSVP and Guest Ticket Request form will be available through the Student Web Service (ROSI) as of May 9th). The RSVP and Guest Ticket Request form will close on May 23rd at 11:45 p.m. Please visit the Preparing for Graduation portion of our website to ensure that you have completed all of the steps necessary for a successful ceremony.
Note: you will require an active ROSI pin number to access the online RSVP.

Graduated in November 2011?
If you did not attend Convocation, you may obtain your diploma in person at the Office of Convocation or you can arrange to have your diploma delivered. Please visit our webcast page to see an archived webcast of our November 2011 convocation ceremonies.
